Returns

Our Commitment: At TCart Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of your purchase. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep your receipt handy when initiating a return.

Return Instructions: Please do not send your purchase back. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at contact@tcart.net. Our team will provide you with the appropriate return address and assist you throughout the process.

Refunds (If Applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If there is a delay, we recommend contacting your credit card company or bank for further assistance. If you still haven't received your refund after taking these steps, please reach out to us at contact@tcart.net, and we will be happy to assist you.

Sale Items (If Applicable): Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at contact@tcart.net, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

Shipping: To return your product, please email our Customer Service at contact@tcart.net to obtain the return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
